In September 1999 PAR SERVICIOS INTEGRALES S.A. was constituted as a response to the initiatives of a group of executives in the procurement area of the hydrocarbon industry, whose main objective was to provide more time and effort to strategic activities of negotiation and communication with their suppliers.
In that sense, PAR SERVICIOS INTEGRALES S.A. contributes with resource, knowledge, experience, investigation and development of new services and software tools to attend to our international and national clients requirements in the Suppliers Management and Administration.
